You may have seen or even tried "Hawaiian shave ice" at a county fair, but trust us, there’s nothing Hawaiian about it. In fact, that stuff doesn't even compare to what you'd find on the Islands.

We start with a big block of ice. (if it is not from a block it is chipped, that would be called a "snow cone"). We shave it and hand shape it into each cup with aloha while you watch. Then we add our ono syrups.

The key here is AUTHENTIC. We've learned from real Hawaiians!  We serve Hawaiian flavors imported directly from Hawaii... we'd order our ice from Hawaii if we could.
